Khurnia earned her Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) from Diponegoro University, graduating with distinction, and is admitted as an Advocate and a registered Intellectual Property Attorney in Indonesia. Prior to joining Lawfirm Prihatwono as Partner (2026–present), she founded and led Rachmawati, Hudewi & Partners, and held various senior leadership roles at AMR Partnership and AM Badar & Partners, including leading trademark, industrial design, copyright, and plant variety protection practices.

She is actively engaged in the international IP community through memberships and participation in organizations such as INTA, APAA, ECTA, FICPI, AIPPI, and WIPO, and maintains extensive working relationships with foreign counsel across ASEAN, Asia-Pacific, and Europe.
